Mental Health and Wellbeing

Mental health is one of many dimensions of wellbeing that must be considered in student success. We know that when students feel well mentally, they are more likely to succeed academically. The Office of Health Promotion is a proud partner in the Unit of Health and Wellness that works closely to address the ongoing challenges that CWU students are met with during their time in college.

If you would like to know more about our initiatives, events, or efforts towards promoting positive mental health outcomes for CWU students, you can contact us at HealthPromotion@cwu.edu.

The Office of Health Promotion has administered the American College Health Association's National College Health Survey (NCHA) in Spring Quarter 2024. The NCHA was sent to all CWU students taking 6 or more credits via their CWU email. To learn more, visit our NCHA website.
